This Volvo was bought brand new on August 18 ,1966 from Sweet Williams VOLVO in Buena park California by the Original owners father as a high school graduation/going to college gift for his daughter. There is a picture of her in front of the car the day it was bought in 1966, all the books , registration cards since new, literature, her original drivers license, dealer stamped service booklet, etc etc included.
I purchased the car in November of 2018 from the original owner
