• While this is a very rare vehicle, car parts are plentiful and inexpensive. It shares many parts with other Swedish Brick models, including the P1800 coupes, made famous by the TV series “The Saint”, staring Rodger Moore.
• I purchased the car in May 2006, while living in Arizona. During these past 9 years I have maintained the car in excellent running condition and logged only 2,800 miles.
• The gentleman from California that sold me the car stated that he had purchased the car from a collector in New York where the car had been maintained by professional mechanics for many years. He also stated that he had driven the car trouble-free from New York to California. Prior to the Collector’s ownership, the Owner had been a woman who allegedly did not drive it in the winter. I believe I am the fourth Owner. Based on the condition of the car, it would appear that the car has always been garaged and well taken care of prior to my ownership. Based on this history and the obvious car’s condition, I believe the mileage to be correct.
• The following are some of the previous maintenance, repairs and upgrades made on the car in the last 10 years:
1. IPD anti-sway bars front and back
2. KYB gas shocks
3. New alternator and booster
4. New spark plugs and wires
5. New fuel pump, filter and lines
6. Replaced exhaust values
7. Installed new upper and lower ball joints
8. Four new Tires with only 3,100 miles on them
9. Electronic ignition by Perlux from IPD
10. New coil
11. Stainless steel exhaust pipes
12. Recent complete tune-up.
13. Compression check 145 — 150 on all 4 cylinders
14. New front springs
15. Wheel Realignment
16. Recent two stage (base coat and clear) repaint with original code 107 sun yellow
• All lights, gauges and radio (Blaupunkt) work; except the clock.
• All original leather seats and headliner are in excellent condition for a 42 year old car with no tears or split seams.
• The upper dash does have 4 splits and the lower dash has one. New IPD dash caps (upper and lower) are included in the purchase. Also, included are two dash covers.
