rare 1972 volvo p1800es “shooting brake” sports station wagon. only produced in 72-73, with less than 8000 units produced. most are very prone to rust, so they are very rare and hard to find in this “california” condition. cosmetically restored in and out, to high driver quality condition. original color combination. sought after 4 speed with electric laycock overdrive transmission, for effortless freeway cruising, and gas savings. factory bosch d-jetronic fuel injection makes this car reliable, perform, economical, and perfectly friendly and useable as an everyday driver, that is appreciating every day. air conditioning unit fitted in car, but exterior parts have been removed, and most go with the car. good original floors remain in the car, and have been treated with por-15 for years of confidence. new tires, chrome, rubber, carpets and upolstery just for starters. this is not a car you need to start working on , or start restoring……………this one is done………….turn the key and enjoy. if you prefer an automatic transmission, i have another one that i might also part with. trades for other interesting vehicles welcome..
