Dear Volvo 1972 P1800E owner in Bridgeville, IL: As a former P1800E owner, I am interested in the car that you have for sale. The car in general looks good; however, I have noted the following to the best of my ability from the photographs:
1) the radio antenna appears to be broken or missing, 2) there appears to be minor body damage above the rear wheel on the driver’s side, 3) it would have helped your selling possibilities if you had the engine and engine compartment cleaned and detailed, 4) the floor and side panel in the passenger’s compartment are quite dirty (passenger side much better) 5) are the wires dangling under dash disconnected? 6) are there the typical Volvo oil leaks and/or consumption? 7) how are the brakes, clutch, and tires? radio? speedometer/odometer? 8) no air conditioning, 9) I will offer $5950, and you can trust that I will definitely pay!
